Help with foreclosure

So far the government has come up with three plans to help homeowners who need help with foreclosure: Hope Now, Project Lifeline and higher loan limits. The HOPE Now initiative provides a toll-free phone number that homeowners can call to get help.

Project Lifeline automatically gives an additional 90 days to homeowners already 90 days or more late on their mortgage.
In addition, the loan limits were raised for FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
